Client Agreements
- Client signifies to Whisskers an absolute guarantee that all the graphics, texts, designs, photos, trademarks, artwork, and source code developed by Whisskers for inclusion in the web pages are owned by the client and has granted permission from the actual owner to use these elements, and will protect as well as defend Whisskers from any claim arising from the use of these elements provided by the client.
- Whisskers holds the ownership or copyrights of the design of all files developed/designed/produced by Whisskers during the project. After the final payment, the rights and ownership of the project will be passed on to the client.
- Whisskers will not be legally responsible to the Client for any losses incurred in business, savings, profits, or any damages caused by the operational inability.
- In case the client asks for the termination of the project during its development process, the initial advance taken will not be refunded to the client by Whisskers.
